mna advocacy day 2026Join us on May 5th to kick off Nurses Week 2026 with SAFETY FIRST, an MNA Day of Action at the Massachusetts State House.

Bring your insight, your experience, and your voice to Beacon Hill in support of improving workplace safety for nurses, healthcare professionals and patients.

Legislators need to hear directly from you how these issues affect you and your patients – their constituents – and what needs to be done to make healthcare spaces safer in the Commonwealth.

There will be a speaking program followed by meetings with individual legislators. MNA staff will accompany you to these meetings and there will be several virtual prep sessions ahead of May 5th to help you prepare.

TIME: 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
LOCATION: Massachusetts State House, Boston MA
DETAILS: Transportation will be available from designated locations. Lunch will be provided.
